Useful information
- If it is a new home worker account, please obtain mobile number before ADHOC. Add address details in on main accounts if full address is not showing.
- Network Rail cannot order furniture from us, they have a different supplier for this.
- Business Cards - With immediate effect when Network Rail request to be set up for business cards, rather than go to Louise Edwards please can we attach the document in the help centre (bottom left) send it back to the customer.

How to place
- Input all lines into the order as normal
- Go to the ‘Ordering Party’ tab and type in the item line number for each product on the PO, not all will be 1,2,3…. So please check each line.

- Double click on each line and input the EDI message for the PO. These may not be the same for each line so make sure to check the message is for that line.

- Save order as normal.
