95% of their orders are processed via Webshop and the process in running smoothly. They are experiencing lots of challenges around the non-core ordering process and the customer is being given incorrect information. This is being fed back to the main buyer and we are currently at tender for a much bigger piece of business.
No manual orders should really come over as non-core orders should still come via OCR.

Nespresso orders are placed on non-core accounts. (only 4 locations)
Core items (items on Webshop) are blocked on these accounts
Some of the post codes have been manually amended to TF2 7NB due to Nespresso orders.
Orders are placed on their ordering system and should come over via OCR. If they reject they can be placed manually- PO required.
Customer will call or email for adhoc pricing so they can manually place an order. However 95% of the time there is a core alternative available.
