Serial Codes for Nespresso Machines
If you need to know what a particular machine the customer has on site, particularly if they have a few machines on site, instead of clicking on each of the entries, please follow the steps below:
- Go to IE05
- Input the customer's Sold To number
- Click Execute
- On the list of 'Description of Technical Object' column

- This will allow you to narrow down which machine the customer is referring to without having to ask them for a Serial Number or clicking through to check.
