Useful information
This account is for non-EDI orders only. Orders are to be placed by e-mail and can only be processed with a valid purchase order number (PO). PO numbers are 8 digits long, without any breaks or dashes, and will begin with 1, 3 or 5. No telephone orders to be accepted. Orders from the customers pubs and restaurants must be placed via Trade Simple. If they should have any queries, please ask them to contact their Business Support team. The PO number must be used as the order reference and appear on the invoice’.
- No Manual Ordering – Exception for New Store Openings. These will come through on email with an Excel Spreadsheet attached. The email will specify a delivery date, and not before.
