PDF Invoicing: Benefits and how to organise?
PDF invoicing is the most efficient way for you to receive your invoices; we will automatically issue it quickly and securely via email. It's also a more environmentally friendly option, compared to traditional paper invoices sent by post.
A copy of your invoices can also be stored within your online Lyreco Safe, as well as on your webshop account, which can be accessed using the “My Documents” section of your dashboard.
By default, your account is setup to receive PDF invoices if we are provided with an email address when we open your account.
If you are still receiving paper invoices and would like to move to PDF, please contact Customer Care, who will be able to update your preferences:
