How do we close an account?
If a customer wishes to close their account with Lyreco, please obtain as much information as possible as to why they wish to do so and in the first instant contact their account rep and ask them to make contact as soon as possible to see if we can retrieve the relationship.
If however, the customer is adamant they wish to close their account, or the rep is unable to salvage the relationship, please reassign your ticket to either:
