My order was not delivered
To find out the state of your order, visit ‘My Dashboard’ on your Webshop and click on ‘Order History’. Here you can view your orders placed and check their status as some items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may be delayed.
If the order shows as “Totally delivered” and you have not received the quantities or items you have ordered, then please contact Customer Care who will investigate.
From here you can also download a Proof of Delivery for your order, for recent orders please allow 48-72 hours for the scanned POD to be uploaded and visible for you.
