Part of my order is missing
If part of your order is missing, visit order history (which can be found on “My Dashboard”). Here you can check the status of the order, as some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be delayed.
If the order shows as “Totally delivered” but you have not received the quantities or items you have ordered, then please contact our Customer Care team, who will investigate and arrange to replace the missing items for you if appropriate.
