How and when do I receive a credit
Once you have returned an order to us that is not suitable or no longer required, you will receive a credit back on your account, provided it meets the returns criteria.
If you have paid by credit / debit card the credit value will be refunded back to the card used for the purchase.
If customer has a credit balance with Lyreco they are requesting refunded back to their bank account please send request to wise.fi.CustomerRefu@lyreco.com
