Remittance - What to do
ON ZENDESK - When a customer asks for a remittance you can forward this to the correct finance team using the relevant macro. There is one for the UK, and one for Ireland.
Macro: Remittance OR Remittance IRE
This will respond to the customer as well as create a side conversation for you to forward the remittance to the finance team. Do not forget to include the account information and to copy the information from the ticket by selecting the following icon:
