Toner

• When an order is placed with us, please request a free toner recycling box to be added to the order. This cannot be ordered on its own and must be added to order. The product code for the cartridge box is 2.008.578.
• When the box is full, use product code 99.997.548 with your next order and the box will be collected when your next order is delivered.
• Don’t forget to add the code above to that order to request a new empty box

Toner cartridges

• When ordering your next toner cartridge, you can also request for your empty toner cartridge to be collected.
• Contact our Customer Care team to arrange for the cartridges to be collected when delivering your next order.

Batteries

Lyreco has joined ERP (A registered battery compliance scheme) which enables our customers to return and recycle their spent batteries safely and legally, free of charge.

To recycle spent batteries please follow these easy steps:

• Contact the ERP to request a battery collection box (25kg capacity) – it will be posted out direct to you, free of charge by ERP.
