To guide customer's to self-serve, you can follow the links below to see the supporting information on our Next Gen e-Commerce platform and FAQ.
This may differ depending on the customer, so always data cleanse before offering help to ensure you are not offering the wrong advice.
How to support, if the customer cannot perform the action themselves online, will be linked at the bottom of each section.
**Some features are still being built on the new e-commerce platform so there will be instances where you will need to guide the customer back to Webshop**.

'How do I become a Lyreco Customer?' - Self-serve support
To purchase with Lyreco, on our e-commerce platform, start by filling out the registration form, accessible from the login screen
This link will redirect you to the (old) Webshop platform, where you need to create an account.
Upon successful registration, you will receive an email containing your account number and a temporary password. You can activate your account by logging in with these provided details.
For the security of your account, you will be prompted to create a new password during your next login to our WebShop.
When you are eligible to enter our new e-commerce & services platform, you will see a bar on the top of the page. It can take up to 24 hours before you are able to see this top bar.

'How can I change my personal data? - Self-serve support
You can easily update your personal information, such as first name, last name and telephone number, by accessing the Account overview section.
1. Simply log in and click the user icon situated on the right-hand side of the (home) page to get started.
2. When you enter the Account overview page, select 'Personal Info' either from the left menu or the centre tile.
3. On the Personal Info page, you can click 'Edit' on the right-hand side.
After clicking on edit, the input fields will become editable.
4. Once done with edited, do not forget to click 'Save Changes'

Where can find my order history? - Self-serve support
To view your order history on the Lyreco e-commerce Platform, follow these simple steps on the NextGen Beta site:
Firstly, you will need to be logged into the Lyreco e-commerce Platform -Back to How to log into the Lyreco e-commerce Platform
To access your order history, please follow these steps:
1. Click the user icon located on the right-hand side of the (home)page.
2. Select 'My orders' from the menu options.
Within the “Orders” section, you will find information about your pending orders, as well as detailed records of all orders placed within the past 12 months.

Where can I find my customer number - Self-Serve Support
You can find your customer number at the top right-hand side of the Account overview page when you are logged in.
If you are unable to log in to the platform to view this, please request a new login. This link will redirect you to the (old) Webshop platform, where you can request a new login. A temporary password will be issued to you by email.

'How do I amend my communication and marketing preferences? - Self-serve support
You can access your Communication Preferences in your Account Overview.
This will take you to a consent form where you can select and deselect as applicable to adjust your preferences. Once you have completed the form, click 'Validate' to submit your request.
You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that your preferences have been amended for your account.
